Holladay House - Summer 2025

This project is a perfect example of a service I offer: finish design. Finish design is a clear plan for the textures and color used in a space. It covers choices like paint, hardware, light fixtures, tile, wallpaper, window coverings, art and in this case, furniture. Some call it "soft finishes." Basically, we are finishing off the space with assets that set the mood and the tone for the room.

Jolene from Bella Stanza Design designed the floor plan, the layout, plumbing fixtures, cabinetry, windows/doors and appliances - also known as "hard finishes." She then turned it over to me to finish it up with the "soft finishes." I collaborated with the client and sourced all the items with her preferences and budget in mind.  It was a great design collaboration and the client has a great space for lounging and gathering friends in the heart of the home.
