Sunnyside Reno Project - Summer 2025

The Sunnyside Reno was a very special project for me - it was the inspiration that started The Interior Motive Design. It also connected me with an awesome contractor, SLC Remodels, and the start of a very beautiful, collaborative and hopefully long-term relationship with their amazing team. I will be forever grateful to the owner of this beautiful project who trusted me, encouraged me and helped to make all these connections possible.

Not only was it a main floor renovation but a good-sized addition as well! The exterior windows were carried throughout the entire front of the house, and it was so well done - a focal point for sure! And honestly, you would never know it was an addition… it looks seamless! The kitchen and hidden butler pantry (a highlight for sure!) was so carefully designed, planned and executed incredibly. The hallway of the addition was lined up to perfection, including the sliding glass door wall that leads out to a covered patio with a pizza oven. The addition includes a spacious bedroom and bathroom that flows beautifully and extends the usable living space of the main floor.
