Bath & Laundry Refresh - March 2025

Bit by bit, this beautiful home in Cottonwood Heights is getting an update! This project consisted of a basement bathroom remodel and a laundry room make-over. 

The bathroom went from outdated beige to a modern lighter look. Updated plumbing valves with a resurfaced cast iron tub and surround provided the existing room with a bit of a facelift! Adding things like neutral charcoal tile floors, a drop-in vanity, new fixtures, soft white paint and additional lighting in the ceiling really took this bathroom from drab to fab.

The laundry room was a simple fix - new paint with a fun accent wallpaper brought together the soft white and the steel blue of the cabinets. Some simple decor and a patterned rug will make doing the laundry a little more enjoyable!
