Cottonwood Heights Home - December 2024

This home in Cottonwood Heights had a renovation overhaul. New flooring, paint, staircase, railings, kitchen and bathrooms - The works!

This general contractor did a fantastic job and made classic, neutral selections for the client. My job was to come in and finish it off with furnishings and simple decor to complete the space. It was a great collaboration and came together effortlessly, flowing from one space to another with great continuity. 

Two highlights of the project for me:

1. Taking a formal, non-functioning living room and turning it into an additional family gathering space. 2. Turning the large, empty niche in the stairwell into a beautiful focal point - why not add a little glam going up the stairs? Staircases can always use a little more light!
